Olsen Twins Trying to Sell Again at One Morton Square

The Olsen twins still have never lived in their 1 Morton Square penthouse, but that hasn't stopped them from attempting two pretty significant flips of the place. The first time around, in 2005, they tried for $9.45 million. In late 2007 they went for $11.995 million, but even after chopping $2 million off the price, there were no takers. Well, Mary Kate and Ashley must be banking on that charmed third time thing, because the listing is back. It's got the same set of pics, but it's minus one Jared Seligman and $1.5 million. New ask: $8.45 million.
