Last we heard, the hotel had been pushed back to summer 2012, but it sounds like the doors might open sooner than that. The hotel's XL Nightclub?with an LED wall, stage, and two dancefloors? is set to open in early 2012, according to a press release. And "subsequent phases of the project include the boutique hotel slated to open in the first quarter of 2012, which features 105 rooms with an upscale, chic decor and a starting rate of approximately $250." There will also be a 5,000-square-foot wellness center and three courtyards.
