British Model Trying to Rent Out Avenue B Flat for $7,995/Month

Apparently, not all East Village models live in the Christodora House. One, British-born face of Burberry Lily Donaldson, lives at 131 Avenue B, in a 1,700-square-foot 2BR for which she paid $2.2 million in 2008. But Donaldson would prefer not to live there. The Post reports she's trying to rent out the place, with the assistance, fittingly, of broker-to-the-stars Jared Seligman, our Lil' Shvo, a reference that is now dated by at least two years. Donaldson started off asking $8,500/month, but she's just cut her price to $7,995/month. The apartment does have a separate dressing area and mirrored surfaces in many rooms, so maybe a fellow model will help Donaldson out.
