Way back in 2006, this penthouse atop the Mandarin Oriental at the Time Warner Center sold for just a hair over $17,000,000. Then it came back on the market asking a cool $35.5M, or one half of a $73.5M mega-penthouse. Once again, it's arrived back on the market at a higher ask. This time around? $42.5M for the 4,863 square foot behemoth. And once again, no new listing photos but the listing does do some world class boasting, "With sixty five linear feet on Central Park and jetliner views from all rooms." We can get down with that. If this place sells at ask, it'll clock in at over $25 million more than its initial asking price. Not bad.
