The first two units in the 16-unit 27 Wooster Street have hit the market. Both three-bedrooms, the 2,500-square-foot one is asking $6.55 million while the 2,425-square-foot one is asking $6.35 million. As expected, the prices for both hover just above $2,500 per square foot. Unfortunately, there are no new images or renderings of the Kohn Pederson Fox-designed building or the Thomas Juul-Hansen-designed interiors to accompany the listings, and the most exciting apartment, the 6,700-square-foot penthouse, remains on the shelf. Both apartments that are on the market, however (as well as all the other apartments in the building), come with wide-plank oak flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, and all the fancy new luxury condo appliances that one would expect. The slightly more expensive one also has a balcony.
