Although 11 of the 157 condos that will top 30 Park Place hit the market in early June, the rising Four Seasons Hotel and Residences' remaining 146 homes have yet to be unveiled. Now (h/t tipster), 8 new floorplans for the pricey tower's penthouses have availed themselves ahead of their market arrival. While pricing on the opulent pads remains a mystery, the views in are still gratifying. An earlier press release for the residences said that forthcoming apartments will ask up to $60 million. When complete, the 82-story Robert A.M. Stern-designed building will be downtown's tallest residential towerthat is, unless something else (improbably) catches up.
Meanwhile, 30 Park Place continues to make a dent in the skyline as it climbs to its superlative height of 926 feet.
