The Flatiron Building-like condo project at 10 Sullivan Street in Soho is almost complete. With its hand-laid Norman bricks in place, workers have been installing bathroom tiles and gas fireplaces, according to YIMBY. The 16-story, 203-foot-tall building will have 22 condos plus ground floor retail and parking. The Cary Tamarkin-designed project is being developed by Property Markets Group and Madison Equities.
It includes what has been billed as "the highest residence in all of Soho." That is the $45 million 8,359-square-foot triplex penthouse. It has a a great room with a 23-foot-tall ceiling, two wraparound balconies, a roof deck, and a private pool. Also included in the project are four townhouses at 20-50 Sullivan Street, each with four bedrooms and 5,000 square feet of space. One of them is already on the market for $18 million.
