The adorable 1899-built townhouse at 58 Downing Street has finally found a buyer, and the Observer reports that it's celebrity chef Michael Symon. The Food Network personality dropped $5.14 million on the charming 2,560-square-foot digs, which is quite a bit less than its 2013 ask of $6.25 million A few discerning commenters guessed that the townhouse would lower its ask, and that proved to be true when it was relisted for $5.25 million in January. The petite home is fully renovated, but still comes with charming details like a landscaped garden, English basement, wood-beamed ceilings, and the original staircase banister from the 1800s.
