A year after it was first listed, one of New York City's most expensive properties—Penthouse 1 in the Puck Building—has officially gotten a price chop. When it first hit the market last January, the 7,241-square-foot, four-bedroom pad was listed for $66 million; it's back as of today (with some new listings photos courtesy Corcoran), and now asking only $58.5 million. The so-called "Crown Jewel of Soho" is the most lavish of the building's six penthouses, with a wine cellar, home theater, and more than 5,000 square feet of outdoor space that includes an outdoor spa and a yoga lawn. (Like we said, lavish.) Sure, it's still out of the realm of affordability for most New Yorkers, but maybe if there's another big Powerball jackpot.…
