Several new renderings have been released for Robert A.M. Stern's limestone-clad condo project at 70 Vestry Street, YIMBY reports.
The renderings provide a closer look at the building's entrance, the automated garage, and a top down view of the building with the Hudson River in the backdrop.
The Related Companies developed building features a total of 47 apartments that range in size from two to five bedrooms. Just last month it was revealed that Related expects to make $700 million from the sale of condos at the building, which puts the average price of the apartment there at $14 million.
Construction is now underway on the Tribeca building, and when complete it will stand 14-stories tall. Apart from the automated garage, some of the other standout amenities include a squash court and a swimming pool.
The project is expected to be complete sometime in 2018.
