Nearly two years after details first emerged on the luxury condos that will replace the late, great Bowlmor Lanes on University Place, sales for those apartments have officially commenced. Some of the 22-story tower’s 52 units are up for grabs, with the cheapest being a 1,033-square-foot one-bedroom, asking $2.65 million. The most expensive to hit the market so far is Townhouse 3B, one of several über-luxury units within the development; the 3,307-square-foot pad, which comes with an additional 3,000 square feet of outdoor space, is going for $12 million.
With the sales launch comes the launch of a full website for the development, which also has a ton of new renderings. These offer the first full look at what the Selldorf Architects-designed building will look like (if the renderings match the reality), and as suspected, they’ll be quite lovely (if subdued). Unsurprisingly, the penthouses and townhouses will have the nicest details—including huge common areas, and private outdoor space—but even the regular ol’ apartments will come equipped with high-end appliances, white oak cabinetry, huge windows, and more. Building amenities include a landscaped garden, on-site parking, a residents’ lounge, and more.
