Harlem-based blog Harlem + Bespoke described this development as having sprung up on the neighborhood overnight, and in a sense it has with sales on the building’s eight units now underway. Property records show that developer Emmanuel P. Dennis acquired this empty parcel of land in early 2014 for $1.5 million. Construction has been moving along swiftly over the last few months with much of the facade having been completed just a couple of months ago.
The condos listed on the market range in price from $1.1 million for a 708 square foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit and go up to $3.595 million for a three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit spread out 1,802 square feet. This might be the building’s penthouse unit based on YIMBY’s speculation back in May this year. The building features a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units that includes two duplexes. The penthouse is supposed to have an outdoor terrace.
Amenities, if any, have not been unveiled for the condo yet. The condo building located right between the trendy Frederick Douglas Boulevard and Manhattan Avenue on West 114th Street. It is also just a few blocks away from the maligned and equally anticipated Circa Central Park condos.
