Invading open houses? Stealing exclusive listings? Slashing commissions to poach clients? Realtors are behaving very badly nowadays, Motoko Rich reports in the Times. Since 2000, the number of brokers and sales agents in Manhattan has jumped 42%, and everyone's chasing the same deals. Plus, well-established brokers have been too busy to properly train the fresh meat. Why? Take it away, Corcoran's Diane Saatchi: "There's not enough time on the part of the senior brokers to really do the proper training because many of us are too busy making money." Diane, please, not in front of the children.
