Brownstoner is reporting that ubiquitous Brooklyn developers Scarano & Associates Architects are behind the razing of the 19th-century Carroll Gardens stable featured in Sunday's Times. According to the Stoner's source, who also snapped the above pic of the demolished building, the Scarano folks are angling (unsuccessfully, so far) to build low-rise condos on the Bond St. site.
