It's a year away from opening, but Norman Foster's first NYC skyscraper, the Hearst Tower, is taking shape on Eighth Avenue near Columbus Circle. Architectural pottymouths Transfer and Miss Representation trade blows on its evolving architectural merit. Sez Miss Rep, "Is it too early to be hatin' about Foster's new Hearst Tower? I'm just asking." Replies Transfer, "Let's let this pimp polish his chalice before we drop the H-bomb on him."
