Much to the surprise of those who can't read, write, see, hear or understand both the universe's complexities and/or simplicities, the MTA has approved the sale of an arena-needing 8.3-acre plot of land to Nets owner Bruce Ratner for $100 million. If only the actual team had that kind of competitive advantage.
