Since Curbed launched a year and a half ago, the stream of reader email has grown from a trickle to a torrent. As we've said many times, it's the lifeblood of the site, and we bless you for it. As the site continues to grow, we want to give you more ways to interact with us—and each other. So, this morning, as part of a general site redesign (kick the tires—you like?), we're finally adding the ability for users to comment on Curbed posts. Yeah, about time.
Comments offer another way for you to join the Curbed conversation. In that spirit, we're asking that discussions be kept focused and on-topic. (If you want us to write about a topic we haven't posted about yet, or you've got questions or inside dish you'd rather share directly with us, dropping an email to tips@curbed.com remains the way to go.) We'll be lightly moderating comments on each post, following and adding to the conversation ourselves. Think of it as a grand experiment. Or something.
But that's not the only surprise in store this week. Throughout the week, we'll be introducing new editorial features. And we've got one more big introduction up our sleeve. For that, tune in tomorrow morning.
