Answers to Tuesday's questions, by readers for readers, below. Looks like the giant hole in the ground on the far West Side distracted attention from the queries in Clinton Hill, the UWS, and Murray Hill. We don't penalize for lateness, though, so if you've got an answer drop a note in the comments?or email us at tips@curbed.com. Many thanks.
1) Hell's Kitchen: Regarding the long dormant lot on 42nd/11th Ave., brace yourselves for River Place II (right), the companion piece to Larry Silverstein's behemoth next door. Lois Weiss had the (tall and) skinny last month in the Post: "Silverstein's $917.6 million project will involve constructing a common base that will serve as the foundation for two 57-story towers. Inside will be 1,157 residential units, 18,277 feet of commercial space and a 194-car underground garage." More on the buildup in this Wired NY thread.
