If it's Tuesday, and there's development, there'll be Rumblings & Bumblings. If you've got an answer to one of the reader queries below, leave a note in the comments. If you've got another question, or a sweet, sweet digital photograph, drop a line to tips@curbed.com. Answers Thursday.

1) Stuy Town/Peter Cooper Village: The tipster who sent the above photograph (more here) asks, "Is tishman speyer throwing up another building? Possible. I doubt it since the fenced in area is almost exactly the same size as a building. I would assume that digging to put a foundation down would require someone to dig a hole a but wider than the actual footprint of the building. Unless of course they laid foundations down in the empty grassy areas long ago. My guess is another playground or something. Help lure in those families. What do you think?"
2) Greenwich Village: A reader writes, "I live near a New School building at 65 5th Avenue (on the Southeast corner of 14th and 5th). Yesterday, I read in my co-op newsletter that The New School is exploring the possibility of tearing down the existing 3-story structure and putting up a building that could be 20-30 stories high. Apparently, The New School has already contracted Skidmore Owings & Merril for the project. Could you poke around and shed some light on these plans?" Poke.
