Today, the answers to Thursday's Rumblings & Bumblings reader queries. If you have a question you'd like tackled by Curbed Nation, email it to tips@curbed.com.
1) Hudson Square: It's been rumored that the Trinity Church's activity on Canal Street will yield, in a reader's words, a "gargantuan office tower." Said one emailer: "I have an inside source which confirmed a tall office tower is going up the corner of Varick and Canal." The message was sent via Blackberry, so you know it's legit. Also, the land swap the original Rumbler mentioned looks to be true, as well.
2) Williamsburg: On the topic of the huge empty lot at Roebling and North 10th, the commenter who suggested that this was the parking lot by the Lucent was off by a few blocks. This is, in fact, the site that has seen some Enrique Norten rumors in the past, as another commenter said. Someone added, "I hear something totally different coming REAL soon. Remember you heard it here first," and there was even a SHVO claim. In fact, we're inclined to believe the Shvo rumor, if only because we've been waiting on Shvo's Williamsburg debut for so long. The ball's in your shvourt, Michael.
