1) Hell's Kitchen: Reports of some activity on the long-dormant Related site at 42nd Street between Tenth and Dyer Avenues, last seen serving as Hell's Kitchen's unofficial swimming hole (right): "I see backhoes at the big empty lot at 42nd and 10th, the failed Cirque du Soleil site, the site where neighbors have complained about ponding water in the summer. Is something coming up?" The Times reported that this lot might give birth to a 60-story hotel/condo building. Any scoop out there, Related fans?
2) Spanish Harlem: "What is happening on the corner on 101 and lex a new condo ...development ? Would you know anything about it? The street seems to be changing drastically. New stores new restaurants .... Any details would be great." Isn't that where Itzocan is? Hands off Itzocan!
3) Lower East Side: "Anyone know what's going on on Grand street between Ludlow and Orchard (north side)? There seem to be some guys in Hazmat jumpsuits scarping the Tar off the roof. I heard a rumor that 3 buildings were going to be combined into one large property." Just what the BelDel needs.
