Robert Scarano's biggest Williamsburg project, 125 North 10, has finally shown itself. At least, the South Building has lost the scaffolding that has kept it from view. The North Building is still in the steel framework phase. Known to us as 55 Berry's Friend, Mr. Scarano's large white-and-gray angular building gives the building on which it resides a new and different look and is sure to elicit responses from both fans and foes. There are 86 units between the two buildings and Streeteasy shows 36 in contract with 24 active listings and prices holding steady. What we do know is that it looks a lot less scary than an early rendering.
