Even though André Balazs' eagerly anticipated hotel above the High Line in the Meatpacking District is still suffering through the ugly process of being born, Interview magazine held a Fashion Week party last night on the top floor, in what will be the Standard's sprawling lounge/restaurant scene. Racked had a correspondent on the scene, and we'll leave the coverage of the snacks, outfits and body-painted naked monsters (yup.) to them. We care more about the spaces and the views, and while the former is still being worked out, and the latter won't be as special until the High Line itself opens, the above photos provide a nice little nibble of Standardmania.
