That was fast. The ink was hardly dry on the Board of Standards and Appeals' thumbs up to a 16-story Finger Building (as originally designed by the King of Brooklyn Architects, Robert Scarano), than signs appeared that work is set to resume. Why, we remember when the elevator lift was repossessed a year ago. Now, there's a new construction trailer, the fence has been moved back and it looks like the Fingering of the Burg is about to begin anew. The elevator and crane will be next, we suspect. Enjoy.
