A deal to broadcast 11 television stations from an antenna at the top of the Freedom Tower 1 World Trade Center has collapsed, the Observer reports, putting more economic strain on the Port Authority and the project. But what does this mean for the tower's glorious 408-foot spire, which will bring the building's height to the patriotic mark of 1,776 feet?
