Not only is the Lower East Side's Guss' Pickles decamping to Borough Park in a few months, but the pickle purveyor will also drop the Guss' name. The Daily News reports that as part of the 2007 settlement in that bitter trademark lawsuit, Guss' LES owner was allowed to use the name only at the Orchard Street store.
