This Upper West Side quadplex(!) penthouse in the Level Club resurfaced on the market last Friday after a 15-month absence (asking $5.895 million then, $5.595 million now). In that short period of time two Curbed tipsters have begged for it to get some TRH play. They present a pair of theories:
1) The "Venetian plastered walls" are what Palazzo Chupi would look like if turned inside-out, and represents a new wave of Schnabel-inspired decor.
2) The Amityville Horror curse was chased from Long Island to an innocent and charming pre-war condominium.
Either way, it's a bloody good time!
