Remember the ad offering Prospect-Lefferts Gardens' 205 Parkside Avenue up for free? The prankster responsible has spoken up, and it was all a not-so-subtle message to the building's landlord. "My hope was frankly that...it would kind of shame him" into doing something with the building, the ad's poster told the Daily News. Distinctly unamused landlord Moses Fried said he got so many calls he couldn't -- omg! -- get through to his own office. But he says he does have plans for the property: he wants to turn it into a 20-family building as soon as the paperwork comes through. [NYDN]
