More than three years after asking for developers' proposals for Brooklyn's neglected Loew's Kings Theater, the city has signed an agreement with a developer to bring the place back to life. Houston-based ACE Theatrical Group (the folks behind the restoration of the Boston Opera House), plans a $70 million renovation (which "sounds like it can do the job," says the Theater Historical Society of America).
