If you think the Chipotle burrito chain is rapidly cutting a swath through Manhattan, check out what the company's executives are doing to the Village's supply of multimillion-dollar properties. The recent real estate dealings of Chipotle CEO M. Steven Ells have become legend, but he's not the only salsa-stained suit getting in on the muy caliente action. Mark Crumpacker, Chipotle's chief marketing officer, just bought actor Benjamin Bratt's loft at 43 West 13th Street for the full asking price of $2.5 million a mere two weeks after it hit the market. Seen in the gallery above, the 3BR, 2BA co-op is totally snazzy (though the airborne a/c unit is amusing), and Crumpacker has a good eye: His current address is listed in paperwork as 140 Perry Street, a converted West Village warehouse we've been mildly obsessed with. Which gets us thinking: Just how overpriced are those burritos?
