Now that lots of young people are having trouble finding jobs, are losing jobs, or are trying to save money in case they lose their jobs, they're moving back in with their parents. Even before the recession started, the number of people aged 25 to 39 who'd moved back in with their parents had increased by 40 percent since 2000. They've even got a label: boomerangers. Still, family togetherness is good, right? Or not: "I refer to it as being stuck in an extended adolescence, one that never seems to end." Youch! [NYT]
