In response to criticism that's threatened to derail his Rose Plaza project on the South Williamsburg waterfront, developer Isack Rosenberg has promised to shrink the project to 776 units (from 801), up the percentage of affordable housing to 28 percent, and add more family-friendly 3BR units.
