In BrickUnderground's guide to trashing your landlord online without getting sued, StreetEasy founder Michael Smith admits that the site regularly removes derogatory comments about developers and properties from its message boards. Smith says StreetEasy gets about 10 requests per week to remove comments, and, "More often than not we do, because we come to the conclusion that there's just one angry person."
