The Wall Street Journal reports some encouraging news for whomever got stuck with the job of updating the DOB's stalled sites list: Since February 2009, 364 building sites have restarted work, and 94 have been completed. Queens and Brooklyn each have over 100 formerly arrested developments that have suddenly found new life. And they're hungry for brains. BRAINS! [WSJ]
