FORT GREENE?Some more details on the big Navy Green project near the Brooklyn Navy Yard, which had a groundbreaking ceremony today. The 458 units will be spread over four buildings and 23 townhomes, and 77% of the units will be for families earning 30% to 130% of the Area Median Income, which maxes out at $103,000 for a family of four, or $72,150 for single-person households. Today's groundbreaking kicked off the first two phases, an 8-story, 101-unit rental on Clermont Avenue near Park Avenue, and an 8-story, 96-unit supportive housing building on Vanderbilt Avenue.
