Before we've had time to get to excited about Murano designers Gilman Architects' plans for the Glass Spire, the 60,000-square-foot Harlem project, Harlem Bespoke informs us that the building might be getting a name change. It will henceforth be known as the Lexington Hill Condominiums. We prefer the original name, but the glass spire on the building's side is still holding our interest, as is the fact that the building will be mostly made up of 2BR, 2BA condos and have a supermarket on the ground floor.
