If you thought the rising of Barclays Center steel meant the end to Atlantic Yards legal challenges, then you haven't been paying attention. The anti-Yards army has filed a motion in Manhattan Supreme Court asking a judge to halt all construction, which is a response to what was largely seen as a meaningless legal victory (to outsiders, anyway) earlier this month.
