The residents of the Upper East Side's Yorkshire Towers complex are the latest to raise a complaint about the Second Avenue subway. They filed a lawsuit yesterday alleging that transit officials haven't provided justification for placing subway entrances in front of the East 86th Street building. Residents aren't looking forward to having subway passengers trooping by at peak commuting times. But it's not like they'll have to worry about it any time soon! [NYP]
