The rental building at 568 Union Avenue has already won over the neighbors with its non-invasive construction techniques, virtually unheard of in the environs of Williamsburg's McCarren Park. (Non-irate neighbors? We swear!) Conversion work on the former Manhattan Chocolate Factory started way back in 2007, and today it hits the market with studios from $2093/month, 1-bedrooms from $2,537/month, and 2-bedrooms just shy of $4000/month. The Union currently has 19 units listed on the 3rd floor, though the artist's rendering shows at least five and half floors in total so we'll wait to see if those prices hold. Of course, they do include concierge service—such a DoBro thing to do!
