Jeremiah's Vanishing NY reports that a For Sale sign now decorates the front of 104 East 10th Street, one of the Gottlieb empire's hoarded properties and a "shabby old survivor" on a block of "renovated beauty queens." The listing doesn't say much about the four-story, 18.5-foot-wide townhouse besides that it's vacant—meaning no more performance artist tenant giving tours of the premises—and play up the historical setting (Hamilton Fish law offices, Petrus Stuyvesant, etc. etc.).
Listed by Halstead in May 2010, taken off the market; re-listed by CORE at the same $6 million ask, then reduced to the present $5.6 million.
