Based on early renderings, commenters deemed 482 Greenwich Street's The Arman Karl Fischer's nicest-looking building. Which isn't saying much, but the relatively understated nature of the project might be a help on the sales front. Speaking of sales, they've officially launched, which means interior renderings and floorplans on the building site. Each full floor unit clocks in at 2,470 square feet, and there's also a 2,200-square-foot duplex penthouse with 2,000 square feet worth of terraces. Building amenities: gym, laundry room, bike storage, common roof deck. And then there's the artsy vibe left by sculptor Arman, whose studio once stood on the site. A three-story "site-specific sculpture" by Arman will sit on the building's south side.
