Since Robert De Niro owned his townhouse at 14 Saint Luke's Place for 30 years, the nearly full year it has taken him to find a buyer probably doesn't seem so long in the grand scheme of things. The actor listed the property in July 2011 for $14 million, and he has officially sold it, according to a deed that hit public record today. The buyer is hidden behind an LLC. The final sale price? A comparatively low $9.5 million (with the commission going to De Niro's son, Elliman broker Raphael De Niro). We're guessing the elder De Niro can take the hit?or he's too busy setting his other homes on fire to care.
