FINANCIAL DISTRICT?The Dey Street subway entrance, part of the new Fulton Center, is almost ready to make its debut. A tipster, who sent along the above photo, tells us that a worker in the station said it would open Monday. The entrance will provide access to the all of the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, and C lines, but not, as was reported earlier this week, to the R. The much-talked about $200M Dey Street Passageway won't be opening until 2015 because the MTA says it won't be used enough. [CurbedWire Inbox]
