Despite being scheduled for tomorrow, the dedication of the long-awaited FDR Four Freedoms Park could still be delayed by the ongoing legal battle over where to engrave two donors' names. The Reed Foundation and the Alphawood Foundation sued the park's sponsors because their names were no longer going to be engraved near FDR's bust at the heart of the memorial. The case is currently being heard in the State Supreme Court, so a decision to delay could really throw a kink in a lot of people's plans for tomorrow morning. [NYT; previously]
