Turtle Bay's the Alexander is really having a hard time finding someone to live in the 5,500-square-foot duplex penthouse. It was first listed for $17.25 million by Corcoran in July 2010, then that listing came down five months later. It was relisted for the same price by CORE in early 2011, but that listing, once again, came down. The penthouse took a 10 month break from the market before coming back earlier this year. Brown Harris Stevens pricechopped it to $15.75 million in February, but still, no one wanted it. And now it has been relisted, yet again, with Nestseekers for $14.9 million. Will the fourth time be the charm?
