Forsyth Street's Nativity Mission Center?a Jesuit-run middle school?just sold after closing its doors this summer. The new owner? The one and only Charles Saulson, who earned Curbed character status when he threw a turd onto the terrace of Norman Foster's Sperone Westwater Gallery from his place next door. (The lawsuit over that incident is still underway.) Apparently the deed the Catholic church issued to Saulson specifically prohibits "public obscene performances," so perhaps he wasn't the ideal buyer. [The Lo-Down; previously]
