WILLIAMSBURG?Developer SL Green, the city's largest office landlord, bought its first residential building in Brooklyn. The building was not directly named, but information in the press release points to 250 Bedford Avenue, a newly completed apartment building. The residences sit atop a commercial property already owned by SLG that has a Duane Reade, HSBC bank, and parking garage. The 72-unit condo building has studios, one- and two-bedrooms, in a building with a shared courtyard and gym. CROWN HEIGHTS?A press person for 341 Eastern Parkway, at the corner of Franklin Avenue, confirmed that the under-construction building will feature 63 condos, and aptsandlofts.com will be handling the sales and marketing.
