In the New York City, the borders and divisions of neighborhoods are constantly shifting, expanding, and contracting, largely based on the whims of real estate brokers. And sometimes it can be a little tough to keep up with it all. For instance: you probably weren't aware of this, but Bedford has actually been transferred from Brooklyn into the two opposite corners of this apartment on East 7th Street. "A one-of -a kind apartment," the brokerbabble un-hyperbolically claims. Stuyvesant is still missing, but sources tell us that it's been hiding out in a luxury rental on the Upper West Side. (Thanks to Matthew for the tip. If you see a weird, funny, or otherwise confusing listing, feel free to send it our way.)
