UPPER EAST SIDE?The Azure's two penthouses just got a makeover courtesy of interior designers Bjorn Bjornsson and James Rixner. The two four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom units with outdoor space and lots of views (A, and B) re-listed for $6.2 million apiece after a viewing party this week. The units were originally divided before, then combined asking $13 million, and now they're split again. Maybe the second time's the charm? That crane collapse seems very far away right now. WILLIAMSBURG/GREENPOINT?Residents of the Brooklyn waterfront have been waiting about eight years for Bushwick Inlet Park to open up... and this week the second part of it finally has! Brooklyn borough president Marty Markowitz cut the ribbon on it and everything. (Oddly enough, it's not in Bushwick, but we digress.) Basically the new building on the site, which will house two community rooms and Parks Department offices, has a sloped green roof with zig-zag walkways and inset recreational spaces. Solar power will provide at least half of the building's energy. Architects Kiss + Cathcart finished phase 1, a playing field, in 2011 out of an empty parking lot; this is phase 2. The architects' site also has a webcam of the site and a time-lapse video of opening day. Check out a bunch of photos and renderings, below. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]
