The flashy furniture, disco ball, gold records, and generally over-the-top decor of this 2,358-square-foot Tribeca loft make a lot more sense once you know who the owner is: Brad LeBeau, founder of the dance music promotion company Pro Motion. According to the LinkedIn page, the companywhich counts Celine Dion, Ricky Martin, and Shakira among its clientsis based out of this co-op at 474 Greenwich Street. The unit is a classic New York loft, with a lot of exposed beams and brick, wide plank floors, and oversized windows, plus modern upgrades like a keyed elevator entry and state-of-the-art sound system. It's currently listed for $4.75 million, but that seems a bit ambitious. LeBeau has been trying to sell the place since 2011, when it was first listed for $3 million. It saw several pricechops down to $2.175 million, then disappeared before returning this week with a much higher price tag.
